DAVE TRIED TO EAT TRASH
Alex & Dave met in the Summer of 2011 while attending Chicago Portfolio School. They were placed in a group together for a branding project the very first week of school. While waiting for the 3rd member of the group to arrive, Dave & Alex made small talk on a bench outside of the Italian chain restaurant Maggiano's. Dave noticed an unaccompanied bag of leftovers, opened the container, smelled the food & said to Alex, "Hey! Look at this! You think I can eat this?!" Disgusted, she said "No." - worried that David never had a home or hot meal, Alex began to bring Dave snacks & 1/2 sandwiches to school. They had an unromantic relationship for about a year until Dave went to Bonnaroo, had some "fun" & decided to stop pursuing Alex.
Little did Dave know - that's how you get a girlfriend.
